He gifted each of his two wives a villa and stipulated that they have no right to inheritance

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q1: I have two wives, and I gifted each of them the villa she lives in, stipulating that they have no inheritance; because the villa I gifted each of them is worth many times their inheritance share, and I obtained their consent and signatures on a will I wrote, so is this valid according to the Shari'ah?
A1: This exchange for inheritance is not valid; because inheritance is not due until the deceased dies, but if you gave each of them a completed gift that has no connection to inheritance, then there is no harm in that.
