After the second adhan on Friday, some people pray two rak'ahs

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa number ( 15363 )
Q: A man informed me that in some villages, when the khatib enters on Friday, the mu'adhdhin calls the second adhan, and the entire congregation stands to pray two rak'ahs. After that, the khatib delivers the khutbah. The question is: what
is the ruling on the two rak'ahs after the second adhan on Friday ? And peace be upon you.

A: The sunnah for Friday is that if one prays it in the mosque, he prays four rak'ahs, and if he prays it at home, he prays two rak'ahs. There is no sunnah before it. And whoever comes to the mosque on Friday, it is recommended for him to pray the greeting of the mosque, even if the imam is delivering the khutbah. As for whoever comes to the mosque before the Friday adhan, prays what is written for him, and then sits, it is not recommended for him to stand after the adhan to pray two rak'ahs, for this has no basis in the sunnah of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). What is prescribed for him is to prepare himself to listen to the khutbah. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
