The first question of Fatwa number ( 16330 )
Q 1: A man passed in front of a person praying behind his sutrah. Does he have to repeat the prayer, or is there no harm, since there was no space between him and the sutrah?
A 1 : A man passing in front of a person praying does not invalidate his prayer. However, if he passes between him and his sutrah, or passes close to him if he has no sutrah, he commits a sin. If he passes behind the sutrah, or far from him if he has no sutrah, he does not commit a sin. This is based on the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):Jami` at-Tirmidhi 335Sahih (Darussalam) It was narrated by Muslim . And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

When one of you placed something like the post (handle) of the camel saddle in front of him, then let him perform Salat and not concern himself with who passes beyond that.
