A 1 : The command in the hadith to recite the Mu'awwidhat after every prayer is for recommendation, not for obligation. This is due to the consensus of the Muslims that this recitation is not obligatory. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
