Q 3: What is the ruling on reciting qunut in the Fajr prayer daily ?
A 3 : Qunut in the Fajr prayer is not prescribed except in cases of calamities, such as the outbreak of a plague, the siege of the country by the enemy, or their dominance over the Muslims. In such cases, qunut is prescribed in the Fajr prayer and others, as the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to do. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
