Q 2: The imam leads the people in one of the five prayers, and when he completes the prayer, we see a group of people in the mosque who were late for the prayer following one of them, and he prays with them while the imam is still sitting in the mihrab after he has completed the prayer with the people?
A 2: There is nothing wrong with performing the congregational prayer in the mosque for those who missed the prayer with the imam; based on the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):Sahih Ibn Hibban 10:694 ? ), narrated by Ahmad and Abu Dawud .
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
