Q 4: Most worshippers state that if a worshipper catches the rak'ah of the air with the congregation, it is counted for him as a complete rak'ah, while others state that if the worshipper does not recite the opening of the Book in every rak'ah, he has no prayer, and it is considered defective.
A 4: Whoever catches the imam in ruku' and bows with him has caught the rak'ah, and the recitation of the opening of the Book is dropped from him; because its place, which is standing, has been missed, as evidenced by the hadith
Abu Bakra said that he came to the Prophet when he was bowing, so he bowed before joining the row, after which he went to it. He mentioned that to the Prophet, and he said, “God increase your eagerness! But don’t do it again." Bukhari transmitted it.أبي بكرة الثقفي رضي الله عنه: أنه انتهى إلى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم وهو راكع فركع قبل أن يصل إلى الصف، ثم دخل في الصف، فذكر ذلك للنبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، فقال: زادك الله حرصًا ولا تعد
