Catching one rak'ah of Maghrib with the imam

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of fatwa number ( 16647 )
Q2: I came to the Maghrib prayer and caught the final bowing, so I joined the imam in the final tashahhud. It occurred to me whether, after standing up for one rak'ah, there is a tashahhud, or whether I should complete the two rak'ahs and then perform the intermediate tashahhud. I was confused about this matter, so what is obligatory for me?
J2: Whoever catches up with the imam for one rak'ah of the Maghrib prayer should join him in it. When the imam concludes the prayer with the taslim, he stands and performs one rak'ah, then sits for the first tashahhud. Then he stands and performs the third rak'ah, sits for the final tashahhud, and then concludes the prayer with the taslim. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
