Q: If I catch the last rak'ah of the Maghrib prayer with the imam, what do I do regarding the tashahhuds in that rak'ah and the two rak'ahs that follow it?
A: If you catch one rak'ah with the imam of the Maghrib prayer, you stand up after the imam's taslim and add another rak'ah to it, then you sit for the first tashahhud, then you stand up and perform the third rak'ah, then you sit for the final tashahhud and perform it, then you say the taslim. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
