Raising the voice behind the imam in the closing salam by the followers

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first question of Fatwa No. ( 13961 )
Q 1: Is it permissible for the followers to raise their voices behind the imam in the closing salam together? If the answer is no, what is the evidence and its rationale?
A 1: It is not permissible for the followers to raise their voices in the takbir during the prayer when moving from one pillar to another, nor to raise their voices in the closing salam together; rather, the follower says the takbir and the salam to himself; following the example of the Salaf of this Ummah, for the takbir in prayer is an act of worship, and worship is based on divine legislation, and adding anything to it is an innovation in the religion. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) warned against innovation in the religion and said:
'A'isha reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying: He who innovates things in our affairs for which there is no valid (reason) (commits sin) and these are to be rejected.من أحدث في أمرنا هذا ما ليس منه فهو رد
Sahih Muslim 1718a
. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
