Voluntary prayer in the Fajr time, from the dawn of Fajr and after the Fajr prayer

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa number ( 20372 )
Q: Does the prohibition of voluntary prayer in the Fajr time begin from the dawn of Fajr and after the Fajr prayer, except for the two rak'ahs of Fajr? We ask for clarification of these two issues, may Allah reward you with good, and may He benefit Islam and the Muslims through you.
A: When the second dawn appears, the time for voluntary prayer ends, except for the rawatib of Fajr, and the prohibition continues until the sun has risen the length of a spear. It is narrated from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say:
No Salat (prayer) is to be offered after the morning prayer until the sun rises, or after the afternoon prayer until the sun sets.لا صلاة بعد الصبح حتى تطلع الشمس، ولا صلاة بعد العصر حتى تغيب الشمس
Bulugh al-Maram 2:13
, agreed upon by al-Bukhari and Muslim. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
