Committing to reciting Surat al-Inshirah in the Fajr prayer

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first question of Fatwa number ( 17381 )
Q 1: In the Fajr prayer, I always recite Surat al-Inshirah in the first rak'ah, believing and feeling that when I recite this specific surah, I am starting a new day. I know that I memorize many surahs of the Noble Qur'an. What is the ruling on dedicating the first rak'ah of the Fajr prayer to a single surah, namely Surat al-Inshirah? And what is the ruling on my feeling or belief that a new day has begun when I recite this specific surah, whereas I do not have this feeling when I recite other surahs?
A 1: It is prescribed in the Fajr prayer to lengthen the recitation, and one should recite whatever is easy from the Qur'an after Surat al-Fatihah, without dedicating it to a specific surah, except where there is evidence for its dedication; such as Surat al-Sajdah and Surat al-Dahr (Has the Time Come to Man) in the Fajr prayer on Friday; because dedicating a surah without evidence is a religious innovation. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
