A 1 : It is not permissible for the one in a state of major ritual impurity to recite the Qur'an until he performs the full ritual bath; for it is established from 'Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: It was narrated by Ahmad and the people of the Sunan, and its chain of narration is good. In another wording: Musnad Ahmad 627Hasan (Darussalam) . And one does not sin if he does not recite the Qur'an outside of prayer. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
