If one feels the movement of semen but it does not come out

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The third question of Fatwa No. ( 16012 )
Q3: If a man feels the movement of semen but it does not come out, does this make the full ritual bath obligatory ? And what is the ruling if a fasting person wipes his nose and blood comes out unintentionally? Does he have to make up the fast?
A3 : If a person feels the movement of semen with desire but it does not come out, the scholars have differed on whether the full ritual bath is obligatory for him. The stronger position is that it is not obligatory for him to perform the full ritual bath unless it comes out; based on the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
but when you have seminal emission, you should take a bath.إذا فضخت الماء فاغتسل
Sunan Abi Dawud 206Sahih (Al-Albani)
narrated by Ahmad. And if a fasting person wipes his nose and blood comes out of it, it does not invalidate his fast; because he did not do it intentionally. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
