Q: My problem is that semen comes out of me 5 or 6 times a day, and I perform the full ritual bath twice a day, and I pray two prayers with the ablution for prayer, but I heard that my prayers are not valid , and because of this I suffered from a severe cold for 4 months, and until now I am still suffering from a cold, and now I do not know what to do: should I perform the full ritual bath for every prayer, or should I perform the full ritual bath every morning and pray the rest of the day's prayers with the regular ablution for prayer?
A : If the emission of semen is in a gush with pleasure, then it is obligatory for you to perform the full ritual bath for every time it comes out in this manner, and the ritual prayer is not valid without it. If the emission of semen is without pleasure, then it only necessitates cleaning oneself after relieving oneself and the ablution for prayer, based on his saying (peace and blessings be upon him): narrated by Ahmad and its original source is in (the two Sahihs) and others. Al-fadkh is its emission by force, except if semen comes out from a sleeping person, then it is obligatory for him to perform the full ritual bath in all cases.
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
