The second question of Fatwa number (13498)
Q2: A man had intercourse with his wife, then he took a ghusl. After that, remnants of semen came out with his urine. Does he have to repeat the ghusl?
A2: Praise be to Allah alone, and blessings and peace be upon His Messenger, his family, and his Companions... After that: The ghusl of the one who took a ghusl for janabah and then semen came out of him after the ghusl is sufficient for him, and he is not required to repeat the ghusl. Rather, it is obligatory for him to perform istinja' and wudu'. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send blessings and peace upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
