The fourth question from Fatwa number ( 19898 )
Q4: He woke up from sleep and found himself in a state of major ritual impurity, and the time was about to end (the Fajr prayer); what should he do?
A4 : If a man wakes up from sleep in a state of major ritual impurity, it is obligatory for him to perform the full ritual bath, even if the time for prayer is tight. If he performs the bath, he should pray, even if it is after the time has passed, and he is excused for this; based on the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): It is agreed upon that it is authentic. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

Whoever sleeps through a prayer or forgets it, let him pray it when he remembers it. There is no expiation for it other than that. Then he (peace and blessings be upon him) recited: "And establish prayer for My remembrance."
من نام عن الصلاة أو نسيها فليصلها إذا ذكرها لا كفارة لها إلا ذلك ثم قرأ عليه الصلاة والسلام: وَأَقِمِ الصَّلاَةَ لِذِكْرِي
