If time becomes tight for one in a state of major ritual impurity, should he perform dry ablution or the full ritual bath?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
O Shaykh, if you please, if a person wakes up for the dawn prayer and the time for Fajr is about to end, and he is in a state of major ritual impurity, does he pray while in that state, or does he perform dry ablution even if the time passes?

Answer:
This is a question about someone who wakes up late from his sleep, waking up at the end of the time for Fajr. If he is occupied with the full ritual bath, the sun will rise, but if he prays with dry ablution, he will pray within the time.

And the answer: The full ritual bath is obligatory for him, even if the time passes. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Whoever sleeps through a prayer or forgets it, let him pray it when he remembers it. There is no expiation for it other than that.من نام عن الصلاة، أو نسيها فليصلها إذا ذكرها، لا كفارة لها إلا ذلك
His time is the time of waking up. So when he wakes up from his sleep and remembers what he had forgotten, he should hasten to perform the full ritual bath and pray, and there is no blame on him; because he is excused.
