Entering the Restroom: Does It Break the Ablution?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first question of Fatwa No. ( 18173 )
Q1: When I am in a state of wudu' and I enter the restroom not to relieve myself, but to fetch cleaning supplies, does my wudu' break when I leave, even though the time is very short? What is the correct ruling and what must I do?
A1: Merely entering the restroom and leaving it does not break the wudu'; because nothing has occurred that causes it to break. Wudu' is only broken by one of the known nullifiers, which are: what comes out from the two private parts, and the severe impure substance that comes out from the body,
and sleep, and eating camel meat. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
