In-kind zakah: If it is offered for sale, may the one who paid it buy it back?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q2: If the employee accepted in-kind zakah from one of the obligated persons and it was sold in the market, and the buyer wanted to sell it in the market or at the employee's location, is it permissible for the owner of the in-kind zakah to buy it from the person who previously bought it from the employee? Especially since its mark is still on it, particularly in the case of camels?
A2: It is not permissible for the one who paid the zakah to buy it back from the person who received it, whether that person is the employee or the one entitled to it; based on the hadith of 'Umar ibn al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him), in which he said:
I provided a man with a horse to ride in God’s path, but as the one who had it did not look after it well, I wanted to buy it and thought he would sell it at a cheap price. I therefore asked the Prophet, but he said, “Do not buy it, and do not take back what you gave as sadaqa even if he gives it to you for a dirham, for the one who takes back what he gave as sadaqa is like a dog which returns to its vomit.”
