The ruling on a fetus after the soul has been breathed into it

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q: About eight years ago, my wife was six months pregnant. She was admitted to the hospital, and the doctor told us that her cervix had opened, which required her to stay in the hospital. While she was there, she felt the urge to go to the restroom—may Allah reward you—and the child fell to the ground, dying immediately. My question is: Does my wife have to fast, give charity, or pay blood money for this? Please note that this was her second pregnancy. Should I sacrifice an animal for it as an 'aqiqah? May Allah reward you with good and grant you abundant reward.
A: If the situation is as described, then your wife owes nothing as a result of the miscarriage mentioned, because she did not cause it, and the original presumption is that one’s liability is clear. It is recommended to name this fetus and perform the 'aqiqah sacrifice for it. Please note that a fetus after the soul has been breathed into it must be washed, shrouded, prayed over, and buried in the cemetery.
