Shortening the prayer for a traveler who stays for less than four days

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of the fatwa number ( 20606 )
Q 2: The village is 200 km from the city, and I leave the city at Fajr on Saturday and sometimes return in the middle of the week, then come back on Tuesday. Is it permissible for me to shorten the prayer during this period that I spend in the village? Knowing that I reside in the village on my working days, I ask Allah, then you, for a ruling in this matter, and may Allah reward you with the best reward.
A 2: If the situation is as you described, it is permissible for you to shorten the prayer in the distance between the two places mentioned. However, if you are in the village mentioned, it is obligatory for you to pray with the congregation of Muslims in the mosque; because attending the congregation is obligatory, so you complete the prayer with them and do not shorten the prayer. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
