The leadership of one who holds beliefs of shirk (associating partners with Allah)

Q: We reside in one of the social care facilities, and I suffer from physical disability resulting from paralysis. I pray on a wheelchair, and there is a mosque in the facility where a man leads the prayer who holds some Sufi beliefs regarding graves and other matters. We suspect that they may have shirk (associating partners with Allah) in this. There is no one to lead the prayer except these individuals. Is it permissible to pray behind them or not? And if it is not permissible, is it valid for one of us who is disabled on a wheelchair, carrying a urine collection bag because he does not control the exit of urine, to lead the prayer , where people who are disabled like him and others, a mix of Indians who are not proficient in reading the Qur'an, as well as people who have Sufi beliefs, pray behind him? We request the ruling with detail.
A : If you are certain that those present hold beliefs of shirk (associating partners with Allah), such as supplicating to other than Allah or seeking aid from other than Allah, then the prayer behind them is not valid. You must pray in congregation, led by the one among you who is best in recitation and most capable of completing the pillars of the prayer according to his ability; for Allah the Exalted said:[At-Taghabun 64:16], and He said (peace and blessings be upon him) to the sick person: Sunan Abi Dawud 952Sahih (Al-Albani). And if those who pray with you do not have beliefs of shirk, but only have some
innovations, then the prayer behind them is valid until someone better than them is found. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
