A 1 : It is prescribed to offer condolences for the deceased before or after burial, as there is no evidence specifying a time for it. The purpose is to console the bereaved, which makes condolences permissible at any time. It is authentically reported from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him): . And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
