A: It is not permissible to bury a Muslim in the graveyards of disbelievers. If it happens that he is buried in their graveyards, it is obligatory to dig him up and transfer him to the graveyards of Muslims, if they exist, or to transfer him to any place free from the graves of disbelievers, as much as possible.
