The Harm of the Fetus

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa No. ( 17977 )
Q: About 35 years ago, my neighbor and I went to one of the houses near ours. The woman who owned the house was pregnant, about two or three months along, and she was in the process of aborting the fetus. When the fetus came out of her womb, it was a small piece, about 3 cm long. My neighbor, who was with me when the fetus came out, and I moved the piece, which was the fetus, to make sure of it. When we moved it with our hands, the head separated from the body unintentionally. Do we have to do anything about it? .
A: If the matter is as you described, then you owe nothing for it; because the soul had not yet been breathed into this fetus.
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
