If some of the village residents move away, do they continue to perform the Friday prayer?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa number ( 16892 )
Q: We have a village whose residents work in agriculture and livestock rearing. They perform the Friday prayer and the two Eid prayers. Some of them have moved to another village where the residents gather, as government services are available there. It is located at a distance of no less than five kilometers from this village. Some of the residents of this village still remain in the same village, and their number in the Friday prayer may fall below forty men from those for whom it is obligatory . In the Eid prayers, their number may reach this figure and exceed it, or it may decrease at times depending on the arrival of some of the sons of the people of this village who work in government jobs and attend the Eids with their families in this village. Question: Is it permissible for them to perform the Friday and Eid prayers, and is their Friday and Eid prayer valid in this situation? Please inform us, may Allah reward you.
A: Those who remain in the aforementioned village continue to perform the Friday and Eid prayers, even if their number falls below forty; because no reliable hadith has been established regarding the determination of the number. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
