The Friday prayer for one who is a custodian of a job that would be lost if he left it, or for which he fears theft and loss

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of Fatwa No. ( 15924 )
Q 2: A man works as a shepherd for a person in an area close to the mosques, and his employer prevents him from performing the Friday prayer on the grounds that he is excused from guarding the sheep . What is the opinion of the religion, and should he continue in this job or not? Despite the fact that disobeying him in this would cause him harm, namely being deprived of the job.
A 2: One who is a custodian of a job that would be lost if he left it, or for which he fears theft and loss, such as shepherding sheep or guarding wealth, is excused from performing the Friday prayer and the congregational prayer. If he needs this job and cannot find another, he should continue in it, and there is no blame on him for that, but with the observation
that he should perform the midday prayer at his place of work instead of the Friday prayer. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
