Combining two obligatory prayers due to travel or forgetfulness

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The third question of Fatwa No. ( 16371 )
Q 3: On very rare occasions, I combine two obligatory prayers due to travel or out of forgetfulness. How can I avoid this? I have heard that it is permissible to combine two prayers in one time.
A 3: It is obligatory to perform each prayer in its proper time, except in travel, in which case it is permissible to combine Dhuhr and Asr, and Maghrib and Isha, in the time of one of them. Likewise, in the case of illness, if leaving the combination causes him hardship. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
