Q 3: Is it permissible for a man working for a company, who is far from his family and home by a distance of 360 km or 480, to shorten the prayer, given that he stays there for a period of 45 days or sometimes two months?
A 3: If one intends to stay for more than four days during his travel, it is obligatory for him to complete the prayer during his stay; because the rulings of travel are lifted from him. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
