Leading the prayer for those who missed it with the congregation for one who was late for the prayer

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The third question of Fatwa No. ( 14358 )
Q 3: A person stood up to make up the prayer he missed with the congregation. Is it permissible for one or more people who were late for the prayer to join this person who is making up his prayer, such that he becomes their imam in the same obligatory prayer?
A 3 : It is permissible for one who stands up to make up what he missed to lead those who join him, so he prays with them what remains for him, and they make up what they missed as well. However, he must be aware of their presence, and something must appear from him indicating that he is leading them, such as raising his voice for the takbir, the recitation, or otherwise. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
