What is your opinion of a man who entered the mosque after the congregational prayer had ended, saw a man making up what he had missed of the congregation, and pulled him along to complete the prayer with him?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : All right, Shaykh, for example, one person entered to make up what he had missed of the prayer, and another man entered, pulled him along, and completed the prayer with him. What is your opinion of this?

The Shaykh : How was the situation?

The questioner : He entered the mosque during the regular congregational prayer, and he was making up the rak'ahs he had missed. Another man entered, realized that this man was making up his prayer, pulled him along, and completed the prayer with him. What is your opinion of this?

The Shaykh : No, it is not permissible. There is no congregation, there is no second congregation in the mosque, whether in this form or by starting a new imam.

The questioner : But this man is from the first congregation, making up from the first congregation, O Shaykh.

The Shaykh : O Shaykh, I understood you and answered you. It is not permissible, neither in this form nor with a new imam.
