Q: What is the ruling on one who advances the Adhan from the timing of Umm al-Qura , especially for Maghrib and Fajr ?
A: One who does not see the appearance of Fajr or the setting of the sun should call the Adhan according to the timing of Umm al-Qura , because it is a recognized calendar in the Kingdom, and we are not aware of any error in it. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
