He forgot to pray the 'Isha' prayer

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa number ( 19716 )
Q: A man forgot to pray the 'Isha' prayer and did not remember it until the Duha time and remained confused, so he prayed the Jumu'ah prayer and then prayed the 'Isha' prayer that he had forgotten. What is required of him? Is his prayer accepted? Is he required to repeat the Fajr or Jumu'ah prayer, or what should he do?
A: It is obligatory for the person mentioned to pray the prayer he forgot as soon as he remembers it, and it is not permissible for him to delay it to another time; because of the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
Whoever forgets a prayer or sleeps through it, let him pray it when he remembers it. There is no expiation for it except that.من نسي صلاة أو نام عنها فليصلها إذا ذكرها لا كفارة لها إلا ذلك
Sunan ad-Darimi 2:45
. In any case, the prayer he made up is valid, if Allah wills, and we hope that his mistake in delaying it will be forgiven due to his ignorance of the ruling. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
