Q1: Is it permissible for a menstruating woman to enter the mosque and touch the mushaf and read the Qur'an ?
A1 : It is permissible for a menstruating woman to enter the mosque to pass through or to take something from it, but not to sit in it; because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade that. It is not permissible for her to touch the mushaf without a barrier; because of his saying (peace and blessings be upon him):Muwatta Malik 15:1 And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
