The Difference Between Menstrual Blood and Irregular Non-Menstrual Bleeding

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first question of Fatwa No. ( 14893 )
Q1: I read in your book (Issues Concerning Women) that I can distinguish between menstrual blood and irregular non-menstrual bleeding, which is sometimes a drop or two or water tinged with blood, and that I can perform the ablution for prayer
for each prayer and perform the acts of worship. Is it permissible to also perform the voluntary prayers, and will my prayer be accepted if I wash only my undergarments, or is it obligatory to wash all my clothes?

A1 : If any blood touches you, you must wash the clothes you are wearing at the time of prayer or the prayer mat on which you pray. If you are a woman with irregular non-menstrual bleeding, you perform the ablution, take precautions for the obligatory prayer, and you may pray with it whatever voluntary prayers you wish until the time for the next obligatory prayer arrives, at which point you perform the ablution for it just as you did for the first. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
