Q3: Regarding the discharge of pre-seminal fluid, some of the brothers , when they place their young nephews in their lap and begin to kiss them, discharge pre-seminal fluid . Does this have the ruling of touching with desire, or not? And does he sin by doing this?
A3 : If a person finds desire and pleasure in himself when kissing or embracing his young nephews or nieces, then it is forbidden for him to kiss or embrace them, or do anything that arouses his desire. If pre-seminal fluid is discharged from him, it is obligatory for him to perform wudu' (ablution) and wash his penis and testicles, as the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) commanded. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
