The discharge of pre-seminal fluid due to desire does not invalidate the fast

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question: If a person kisses while fasting, or watches some obscene films, and pre-seminal fluid comes out of him, does he have to make up the fast? And if that happens on scattered days, must the making up be consecutive or can it be scattered? May Allah reward you with the best reward for the Muslim community.

Answer: The discharge of pre-seminal fluid does not invalidate the fast according to the most correct of the scholars' opinions; whether that is due to kissing the wife, watching some films, or anything else that arouses desire. However, it is not permissible for a Muslim to watch obscene films, nor to listen to what Allah has forbidden of songs and musical instruments.
As for the discharge of semen due to desire, it invalidates the fast, whether it occurs through direct contact, a kiss, repeated looking, or any other cause that arouses desire, such as masturbation and the like.
As for wet dreams and thinking, they do not invalidate the fast, even if semen comes out because of them. It is not obligatory to make up the days of Ramadan consecutively; rather, it is permissible to spread them out; due to the generality of the saying of Allah the Exalted:
So whoever among you is ill or on a journey [during them] - then an equal number of days [are to be made up]فَمَن كَانَ مِنكُم مَّرِيضًا أَوْ عَلَى سَفَرٍ فَعِدَّةٌ مِّنْ أَيَّامٍ أُخَرَ
[al-Baqarah:184].
