A 1 : Yes, it is authentic that the Noble Qur'an was revealed in seven modes,
as it is established from 'Umar ibn al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him), from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), that he said:Sahih Muslim 818a It was narrated by Imam Ahmad and al-Bukhari and Muslim and Abu Dawud and al-Nasa'i and al-Tirmidhi . Many hadiths on this subject have been narrated through various chains with different wordings, so refer to them in the first volume of ( Tafsir Ibn Jarir al-Tabari ) and the books of recitations to know the scholars' opinions on what is meant by the seven modes, and to know the wisdom behind the Qur'an being revealed in them. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
