The Shaykh : Among its characteristics is that Allah the Exalted sent down the Qur'an in it, as Allah the Exalted said:
The month of Ramadhan [is that] in which was revealed the Qur'an شَهْرُ رَمَضَانَ الَّذِي أُنْزِلَ فِيهِ الْقُرْآنُ
[Al-Baqarah 2:185]
. And it was sent down on the Night of Decree, as He the Exalted said:
Indeed, We sent the Qur'an down during the Night of Decree. إِنَّا أَنْزَلْنَاهُ فِي لَيْلَةِ الْقَدْرِ
[Al-Qadr 97:1]

Indeed, We sent it down during a blessed night إِنَّا أَنْزَلْنَاهُ فِي لَيْلَةٍ مُبَارَكَةٍ
[Ad-Dukhan 44:3]
, meaning that Allah began sending it down upon Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) on the Night of Decree. There is no doubt that the great Qur'an contains guidance, healing, light, safety, reward, recompense, and establishment in the earth. It contains all of this.
