What is the ruling on one who delays the ghusl for major ritual impurity for a day or more without an excuse?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : The second question asks: What is the ruling on one who delays the ghusl for major ritual impurity for a day or more without an excuse?

The Shaykh : One who delays this without an excuse is undoubtedly sinful, for he has committed a great sin by praying without ritual purity. Praying without ritual purity is among the major sins, to the extent that some scholars have held that it renders one a disbeliever, as this falls under the category of treating the verses of Allah in mockery. However, the well-known position of the majority of scholars is that one who prays in a state of ritual impurity does not become a disbeliever, but he has committed a great sin, may Allah protect us from it. In such a situation, he must repent to his Lord, Glorified and Exalted is He, and he must repeat the prayers he performed while in a state of major ritual impurity, because he prayed without purification. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Allah does not accept any Salat (prayer) without purification لا يقبل الله صلاة بغير طهور
Sunan Ibn Majah 274Sahih (Darussalam)
.

The questioner : The last question...

The Shaykh :
without purification بغير طهور
.

The questioner : Yes.

The Shaykh : Yes.

The questioner : The last question says in it.
