Making up the missed portion of the eclipse prayer

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa number ( 16267 )
Q: If a person who joined the prayer late missed one rak'ah of the eclipse prayer and prayed three rak'ahs with the imam, should he make up the missed rak'ah or say the closing salam with the imam? Please inform us, may Allah reward you with good.
A: It is obligatory for the person who joined the eclipse prayer late and missed one rak'ah to make up a complete rak'ah; because the first rak'ah of the eclipse prayer is not caught unless its first bowing is caught.
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
