Listening to the Qur'an and the sermon from a radio device

The second question of Fatwa number ( 19282 )
Q 2: We have a mosque without an imam or a reciter. Is it permissible to listen to the Qur'an and the sermon from a radio device, and then perform the prayer after the sermon?
A 2: For the validity of the Friday prayer, it is obligatory that two sermons be delivered before it, and it is necessary to deliver them; listening to them from tapes is not sufficient. As for the reciter, the imam who is proficient in recitation during the prayer is sufficient.
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
