Time is a condition for the obligation and validity of prayer

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The third question of Fatwa No. ( 16656 )
Q 3: In the mosque where we pray, the Fajr prayer is performed half an hour before the dawn appears , so should we pray with the congregation outside its time, or should we pray at home within its time?
A 3: The entry of the time is a condition for the obligation and validity of the five obligatory prayers, and this is a legal ruling known necessarily from the religion of Islam. Therefore, any prayer performed before the time enters is invalid and must be repeated after the time enters. You should advise the congregation of the mosque and those responsible for it about this, if what was mentioned is true. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
