A 2: The Fajr prayer becomes obligatory with the appearance of the second dawn, which is the horizontal whiteness in the horizon. This is known by observation or inferred from the daily time calculation. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
