The second question of Fatwa No. ( 19049 )
Q 2: Who are the followers and those closest to the Sunnah of our Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him): the people of hadith, or the people of the Hanafi school?
Since the people of hadith, in their school, raise the hands and say "Ameen" aloud after the imam in prayer, whereas the Hanafis do not have raising the hands or saying "Ameen" aloud in their school.
A 2: Raising the hands in prayer is established from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) in only four places: at the takbir of ihram, at the ruku', when rising from the ruku', and when standing up from the first tashahhud for the third rak'ah. So the Muslim should act in accordance with this Sunnah, following the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), even if this contradicts the school to which he belongs, for the Muslim is commanded to follow the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) and take him as his model. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:Sahih al-Bukhari 6008 , and it is possible that one of the imams contradicted this because this Sunnah did not reach him, but as for the one who knows it, let him act in accordance with it, and it is not befitting for him to abandon it, for the criterion is what has come in the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). Likewise, saying "Ameen" in the loud prayers after the recitation of: [Al-Fatihah 1:7] ; for what was narrated by al-Bukhari and Muslim from Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him), that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Sunan Abi Dawud 936Sahih (Al-Albani) , and for what was narrated by Abu Dawud in (his Sunan), and al-Tirmidhi in (al-Jami' al-Sahih), from Wa'il ibn Hujr (may
Allah be pleased with him): , and the fact that the Hanafis do not say "Ameen" aloud in the loud prayers, their disagreement is not a criterion, and the hadith is a proof against them. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

offer your prayers in the way you saw me offering my prayers
صلوا كما رأيتموني أصليnot of those who have evoked [Your] anger or of those who are astray.
غَيْرِ الْمَغْضُوبِ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلاَ الضَّالِّينَWhen the Imam says Amin, say Amin, for if anyone’s utterance of Amin synchronnises with that of the angles, he will be forgiven his past sins.
إذا أمن الإمام فأمنوا فإنه من وافق تأمينه تأمين الملائكة غفر له ما تقدم من ذنبهAllah be pleased with him):
That the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), when he said: "not those who went astray," would say: "Ameen" and raise his voice with it
أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم كان إذا قال: وَلاَ الضَّالِّينَ قال: (آمين) ورفع بها صوته
