Slight deviation from the qiblah
Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of fatwa number ( 17900 )
Q 2: What is the ruling on slight deviation from the qiblah outside Mecca for the purpose of compensating for the effect of some pillars on the straightness of the rows?
A 2: It is obligatory for the one who is praying and does not see the Ka'bah to face the direction in which the Ka'bah is, and slight deviation does not harm, but it is disliked to stand between the pillars if they cut off the rows, except in the case of the mosque being narrow and the number of worshippers being large. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
