Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : He says: Noble Shaykh, a newcomer arrived in the city of Unaizah for the first time, and he was praying the obligatory prayer in the mosque and the voluntary prayer, while his wife was praying the obligatory prayer at home, but after eight days it became clear to them that they were praying at home facing a direction other than the qiblah because the house they were living in was tilted relative to the level of the street, so what is the ruling on their prayer?

The Shaykh : If the deviation from the qiblah is slight, there is nothing wrong with it. However, if it is significant such that the qiblah is behind him, to his right, or to his left, then they must repeat the prayers that have passed. As for a slight deviation, it does not harm.
