Q 5: What is the meaning of the saying of Allah the Exalted:
And recite to them, [O Muhammad], the news of him to whom we gave [knowledge of] Our signs, but he detached himself from them; so Satan pursued him, and he became of the deviators.وَاتْلُ عَلَيْهِمْ نَبَأَ الَّذِي آتَيْنَاهُ آيَاتِنَا فَانْسَلَخَ مِنْهَا فَأَتْبَعَهُ الشَّيْطَانُ فَكَانَ مِنَ الْغَاوِينَ
[Al-A'raf 7:175]

A 5: The verse refers to a man from the Children of Israel whom Allah taught the Torah, but he did not act upon it. It is general for everyone whom Allah taught knowledge but who did not act upon it.
