A2: It is recommended when entering a house to say: Bismillah, and to recite Surat al-Baqarah; for what is in the authentic hadith:Sahih Muslim 780 , but it is not recited with a collective voice; because that
is a religious innovation, and as for reciting the Qur'an in houses in the manner described, we do not know any basis for it. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
